| THE U.S. RUSSIA CENTER FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP JOINS CANADA IN G20 YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR SUMMIT |
June 16, 2010, MOSCOW, RUSSIA – Next week, The U.S. Russia Center for Entrepreneurship (CFE) will join forces with other representatives of the G20 nations at the G20 Young Entrepreneur Summit (G20 YES), hosted by the Canadian Youth Business Foundation (CYBF), to address the role of youth entrepreneurship as the world moves into the post recovery phase.

The U.S. Russia Center for Entrepreneurship will hold its annual conference in Moscow, Innovative Approaches to Growing Your Business. This conference will provide entrepreneurs a forum where they can learn from other entrepreneurs and experts best practices in innovative methods of growing their businesses. The event will be dynamic in that it targets business owners who have the desire and ability to grow their business and seek knowledge and contacts to assist them in achieving this goal. As part of the program, we have invited Frans Johannson (pictured left), a world renowned expert in innovation and author of The Medici Effect: Breakthrough Insights at the Intersection of Ideas, Concepts, and Cultures to give a master-class on Innovative leader: How to Break Out of the Pack.

Arlington, VA - The U.S. Civilian Research & Development Foundation (CRDF) welcomes the U.S. Russia Center for Entrepreneurship (CFE) as a co-organizer of its March 31-April 3, 2008 Regional Business Training Workshop in the Volga Region. Focusing on the region, this initial workshop will help to build relationships between American and Russian business partners.

Panel speakers included: Salim Tharani CEO, «Gallery Out of Home Media», he discussed how he did susessfull deals of M&As, Igor Buhshtab, Director, LYNX, presented a case study on how he defended his company from a hostile takeover, Elena Lomakina, Partner, Ernst&Young, discussed the law principles and strtegy of M&As, Mark Rozin, President, Ecopsy, focused on how to integrate corporate cultures and personnel after an acquisition and Ànton Smirnov, Chief Editor, “Merges & Acquisitions” magazine, gave an overview of M&As in Russia, and successful media strategies.
