The U.S. Russia Center for Entrepreneurship’s mission includes addressing issues that facilitate the entrepreneurial process in Russia. Our Resource Center fulfills this function by conducting research and disseminating information, knowledge, and perspectives that help develop entrepreneurs, measure the vital signs of Russia’s emerging entrepreneurial economy, and foster a community that supports entrepreneurship. This unique database provides entrepreneurs, investment managers and policymakers with access to materials, publications and reports on specific issues such as technology transfer, intellectual property protection, corporate governance, policy matters and regulatory roadblocks.
