Igor B. Yegorov is CFE Office Director in St.Petersburg. Prior to his current appointment he has served 4.5 years as a Representative of the U.S. Department of Commerce's Business Information Service for the Newly Independent States (BISNIS). In that capacity he was responsible for facilitating U.S. – Russian business relations, trade and investment in Northwest Russia through preparation of market and industry reports, sourcing of trade and partner leads, conducting outreach, participating in industry events, etc. He has also been responsible for preparation and editing of BISNIS’ Russian-language bulletin entitled BISNIS Vestnik. Igor is a graduate from the Economic Department of the St. Petersburg State University, Russia, and holds a Ph.D. degree in international economics from the St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance.

Elena Fomchenko is the Director of the CFE Office in Nizhny Novgorod. She is a graduate of the Nizhny Novgorod Linguistic University. Her previous experience includes working for the British Council, administering and co-ordinating an internationally funded reform Project under DFID - Nizhny Novgorod Government Partnership Program and working for private companies. Her working experience includes project management, office administration and events management.

Alina Grinchenko is the Project Coordinator of The US Russia Center for Entrepreneurship, Nizhny Novgorod office. Prior to her current position she worked as an HR-manager in Assessment and motivation Department of Telma-Soft, Russian branch of Teleca, a leading provider of services and solutions to the mobile industry. Alina is the graduate of the Public Administration Academy, Faculty of Management, Economics and Law, specializing in Informational Support to Management. While studying at the Academy she did an internship with the Office of the Russian President Representative in Privolzhsky Federal District.

Alla Danilova is Project Coordinator for The US Russia Center for Entrepreneurship. Prior to CFE, she coordinated technical assistance and training programs, translated and interpreted at international events for the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and was resident advisor’s assistant for the U.S. Department of Commerce’s program on Russia’s WTO accession.  Fluent in English, she earned her BA in Foreign Languages at the Moscow Linguistic University.

Yana Leonenkova is the Project Coordinator of the US Russia Center for Entrepreneurship, St.Petersburg office. Prior to her current position she has worked 5 years as a Service Delivery Consultant for St.Petersburg branch of Kelly Services, big international recruiting company. Yana is a graduate of the St.Petersburg State University of Electrical Engineering, department of humanities. Her specialty is Public Relations.
