The U.S. Russia Center for Entrepreneurship (CFE) is funded by the U.S. Russia Investment Fund.  Initially capitalized by the U.S. Government, the U.S. Russia Investment Fund is a leading private equity fund dedicated to developing and financing start-up and emerging growth companies and creating a culture of entrepreneurship in Russia.  The Fund has invested over $300 million in 44 Russian companies since 1995, including:  StoryFirst Communications, DeltaLeasing, Port.ru, and SPAR Moscow Holdings, DeltaBank and DeltaCredit.
