Technological innovation is not only about new ideas. For innovation to be innovation, it usually takes more than just ideas: one has to introduce it and commercialize it. So, the growth of the nation’s technological innovation is largely influenced by the culture of entrepreneurship which, together with the influence of modern education, is the subject matter of the interview below between an IDO correspondent and this issue’s expert, Viсtor Sedov, President of The US-Russia Center for Entrepreneurship.
